RTSN Platform
RTSN is a creator-focused platform designed to help artists, brands, and developers collaborate on digital and metaverse projects. It evolved from an initial NFT and metaverse concept into a full social and collaboration platform, combining creator profiles, collaboration workflows, gamification, payments, and AI-assisted ideation.
Problem / Context
Creators working in emerging domains such as VR, XR, and NFTs lacked a structured way to discover collaboration opportunities, showcase work, and coordinate with others beyond fragmented social channels. Early versions of the platform suffered from scaling issues, inconsistent architecture, and performance limitations, making it difficult to grow the user base and evolve the product.
Solution / Impact
RTSN was developed into a scalable, product-grade platform that supported creator discovery, collaboration creation, applications, rewards, and monetization. The system combined social-network-style interactions with blockchain-based features and AI-assisted workflows.

My Role and Responsibilities
- Took on a senior, product-oriented engineering role across frontend, backend, and overall system architecture
- Refactored and evolved existing React and Node.js codebases to improve architectural boundaries and long-term maintainability
- Introduced engineering discipline through linting, Husky pre-commit hooks, CI checks, and integration tests
- Led the migration from Create React App to Next.js to enable SSR and ISR for collaboration and profile pages
- Established structured code reviews and smaller, reviewable pull requests
- Mentored junior engineers on frontend and backend development
- Designed backend data models using MongoDB and implemented cron-based background jobs
- Integrated Stripe payments and webhooks for subscriptions and monetization
- Built and maintained complex UI and user flows for collaborations, applications, profiles, and dashboards
- Implemented analytics using Mixpanel to analyze user journeys and identify product bottlenecks
- Integrated real-time features such as chat using Socket.io
- Contributed to blockchain-related functionality including wallet connections and NFT minting
- Integrated the ChatGPT API for AI-assisted collaboration ideation and contextual assistance
- Worked closely on product decisions to translate evolving requirements into scalable technical solutions
